How do I find the right sauna size for my space?
Measure the area where you plan to place the sauna, leaving at least 2 inches of clearance on each side for ventilation. Our 2-person models start at 63 inches wide, and 3-4 person models go up to 71 inches. Contact us with your dimensions and we'll recommend the best fit.
What happens if my sauna arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll ship replacement parts at no cost to you. All shipments are insured, and we keep replacement panels in stock at our California warehouse for fast resolution.
Can I return my sauna if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unassembled saunas in original packaging. Once assembled, saunas are covered under warranty for defects but are not eligible for return. Contact our team to start the return process.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
